Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery timeframes begin once your order has shipped, not at the time of purchase. Estimated delivery options include:

- Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

- Mau Shing Stationery & Toys Co. is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned or deemed undeliverable, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment, and refunds will exclude original shipping costs.
- If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. While we’ll do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- If your package shows as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend checking with neighbors, inspecting the delivery area, and contacting the shipping carrier directly.
